Description

●AFL-IZ is autofocus system that uses a laser (wavelength: 780 nm) as a AF light source.
●Compact microscope system with controller/driver and AF unit.
●Compared to the conventional line sensor method, a wider tracking range (AF operation range) is possible.
●As with the conventional line sensor method, it is possible to custom manufacture an optical system to suit your purpose.
