Connecting Stage Connector Specifications

■ QT-BDL1, QT-BMM2, QT-BMH2 and QT-BMM3 connecting stage connectors.

Pins number 13 and 14 are used for our proprietary electromagnetic brake control and should not be used for any other purpose.
Pin number 12 is used by the system and cannot be used by the customer.

QT-ADM2 (left side)
Pins number 13 and 14 are used for our proprietary electromagnetic brake control and should not be used for any other purpose.
Pin number 12 is marked as being N.C (no connection), however, please do not wire up this pin.

QT-ADM2-35 (right side)
Pins number 12 and 13 are used for our proprietary electromagnetic brake control and should not be used for any other purpose.
Pin number 14 is marked as being N.C (no connection), however, please do not wire up this pin.

We can assure operation for when stages that are compatible with our company’s controller are connected. We cannot however, guarantee operation for when stages made by other manufacturers or non-compatible stages made by our company are to be connected.
The sensor power supply (+5V) must not be used for any other purpose other than powering the stage sensor.
Using this power supply for any other purpose may lead to stage sensor malfunction or failure.
The color listed inside the motor output brackets refers to the color of the motor wire that our company’s stages use.

Note: Electromagnetic brake operation is not possible for models QT-BDL1, QT-BMM2, QT-BMH2, and QT-BMM3, even if they are connected to an electromagnetic brake equipped stage.
When connecting electromagnetic brake equipped stages, be sure to use in conjunction with a QT-BK (sold separately).

Note: For Hall IC types: Vo ≦ SVcc Please note that when Vo > SVcc, a reverse voltage is created which may lead to sensor damage.
Equivalent circuits for the QT-B series Limit sensor, Home sensor, and Pre-home sensor.
Wiring to each sensor in the case of using the QT-B series with one of our company's stages.Please refer to this equivalent circuit in the case of using it with a different system or device.
