It is used as a stage for a Z stage (LV-643, etc.) whose table surface is vertical, or when changing the rotation axis of a rotary (rotation) stage (RS-611, etc.) to a horizontal direction.
Can be used for both L type and reverse L type depending on how the side plate is fixed.
