Description

Thin and light-weight motorized XY stage with 150 mm x 150 mm travel and supports 6 inches.
Suitable for microscope applications, it is thin and light-weight without compromising accuracy.
It can also be used as transmitted illumination by removing the standard aluminum plate and using an optional glass plate.
*The range that can be observed with transmitted illumination is narrower than the amount of travel. Please refer to the table transparent hole in the external drawing.
