Chuo Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") grants the customer the right to use the free version of the software program (hereinafter referred to as "this software") and the manual in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Usage rights mean the right for the customer to retain, load, install, execute, or display this software.

The copyright and other rights related to this software and its copies, whether in whole or in part, belong to our company or the licensors from whom our company has received usage rights.

The customer may use this software free of charge for the purpose of internal business operations only.

The customer is responsible for the use and effectiveness of this software to achieve the expected results.

The customer acquires only the usage rights of this software under these terms, and the copyright and other rights related to this software belong to our company.

The customer may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify this software by any means.

The source code or program components of this software will not be provided. Furthermore, the source code or program components will remain confidential and inquiries, technical support, and disclosure of such information will not be entertained.

The customer may not perform the following actions without prior written consent from our company:

●Transfer, lend, or relocate the possession of this software and its copies to third parties.
●Transfer, assign, or use as collateral the status or rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties.

Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. Furthermore, our company shall not be liable for the suitability of this software for the customer's intended use or for any legal defects.

If the customer violates any of the terms of this agreement, our company will automatically terminate the granted usage rights, and the customer must cease using this product.

Our company shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from the termination of the agreement as described in the preceding paragraph.

Upon termination of the agreement as described in the preceding two paragraphs, the customer must immediately delete this software and any backup copies and dispose of any materials related to this software.
